Global Citizen Concierge Programme (GCCP)

The Cayman Islands' Global Citizen Concierge Programme (GCCP) launched in October 2020 allows remote workers employed outside the Cayman Islands to live and work remotely from the Cayman Islands for up to 2 years. The program offers significant tax benefits: no income tax, capital gains tax, payroll tax, or withholding tax. Allows unlimited travel in and out of the country and is renewable.

• Employed by company/entity outside the Cayman Islands (proof of employment required showing position, length of employment, and annual salary)
• Annual income: $100,000 (individual), $150,000 (couple), or $180,000 (family)
• Valid passport (6+ months validity)
• Bank statements from last 6 months (bank reference)
• Police clearance certificate from all countries where applicant lived 6+ months
• Health insurance covering at least 30 days post-arrival
• Proof of employer's legal existence (company documentation)
• Must apply online

• Must work remotely for non-Caymanian companies/employers only
• Cannot be employed by Cayman Islands companies
• If employment terminates, must notify Director of WORC immediately (certificate becomes void)
• Cannot engage in local business activities
• Must maintain minimum income requirements throughout stay

Processing time: 3-4 weeks

Fee: Annual non-refundable fee: $1,469 for up to 2 people, plus $500 per additional dependent. Additional 7% credit card processing fee applies to total

Entirely online application process accessible globally. Processing typically takes 3-4 weeks depending on application volume. Approval allows unlimited travel in and out of Cayman Islands
