Finland's Startup Permit allows entrepreneurs from outside the EU to build innovative, growth-oriented businesses in Finland. The program requires validation from Business Finland, which evaluates the team, business model, and resources. Finland's strong tech ecosystem, excellent education, and quality of life attract global founders.

- Clean criminal record
- Must actively develop startup in Finland
- Business must maintain innovative and growth-oriented nature
- Cannot work for other employers without separate permit
Processing time: 2-4 months
Fee: €480 residence permit fee
First apply to Business Finland for eligibility statement, then to Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) for residence permit
