New Zealand's Entrepreneur Work Visa allows entrepreneurs to establish a business in New Zealand. Applicants must have a detailed business plan and minimum capital investment. The visa provides a pathway to residence after successfully operating the business for specified periods. - Minimum NZD $100,000 capital investment (can be lower if accepted into NZ incubator)
- Score minimum 120 points on Entrepreneur Points Scale
- Detailed business plan approved by Immigration NZ
- Business must be new to New Zealand (cannot buy existing business)
- Relevant business experience
- Minimum IELTS 4 overall (or equivalent English)
- Meet health and character requirements
- Sufficient funds for settlement
- Must establish and actively manage business in New Zealand
- Business must benefit New Zealand (exports, innovation, employment)
- Cannot work outside own business
- Must meet milestones for visa extensions

Fee: NZD $3,720 application fee
