Singapore's ONE Pass is a premium work pass for top talent earning high salaries or with outstanding achievements in arts, sports, science, or business. It offers significant flexibility including the ability to work for multiple companies, start businesses, and bring family members who can also work.
- Meet ONE of the following criteria:

- Earned fixed monthly salary of at least SGD $30,000 in past year

- Will earn fixed monthly salary of at least SGD $30,000 from Singapore employer

- Outstanding achievements in arts and culture (major international awards)

- Outstanding achievements in sports (international representation)

- Outstanding achievements in science/academia (significant research impact)

- Outstanding achievements in business (senior leadership of major companies)
- Must notify MOM within 7 days of starting new employment
- Cannot be used for freelance work without starting a company
- Subject to periodic review of salary/achievement criteria
Processing time: 4-8 weeks
Fee: SGD $105 application fee + SGD $225 issuance fee
