- Innovative startup business plan
- Acceptance from KISED (Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development) or designated accelerator
- Registered company in Korea OR plan to register
- Intellectual property or innovative technology
- Valid passport
- Clean criminal record
- Proof of qualifications relevant to business
- Must maintain startup operations in Korea
- Business must remain innovative
- Cannot work for other employers
- Subject to periodic review of business progress
Processing time: 4-8 weeks
Fee: KRW 60,000 (approximately $45)
Apply through K-Startup Grand Challenge or OASIS (Overseas Startup Immigration System) after acceptance from designated program
