- Investors: AED 2M+ real estate (can be on loan), OR deposits/investment

- Scientists: Significant contribution with patents or publications
- Valid passport
- Health insurance
- Must maintain qualifying status during visa validity
- Real estate investors: property can be mortgaged but must be worth AED 2M+
- Must enter UAE at least once every 6 months to maintain validity
- Category requirements must be re-verified at renewal
