EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
The EB-5 visa provides permanent residence (green card) to foreign investors making substantial investments in US businesses that create jobs. Direct investment requires $1.05M standard or $800,000 in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs). Must create 10 full-time US jobs. Popular regional center option allows indirect job creation.
- Capital investment of $800,000 (TEA) or $1,050,000 (standard)
- Investment in new commercial enterprise

Fee: $11,160 I-526E filing fee + $1,440 per person (I-485) + investment
I-526E petition, then consular processing or adjustment of status. Conditional green card for 2 years, then I-829 to remove conditions
