Luxembourg offers a job seeker residence permit for highly qualified third-country nationals to search for employment or start a business. The permit provides up to 9 months to find work in one of Europe's wealthiest and most international countries. - Higher education diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum)
- Qualification must be relevant to Luxembourg labor market
- Valid passport
- Proof of sufficient financial resources
- Proof of accommodation in Luxembourg

- Clean criminal record
- Cannot engage in employment during job search period
- Must find qualifying employment within 9 months
- Limited to highly qualified professionals
- Must leave Luxembourg if no employment found
